Gráinne’s Short Stories album has been featured recently on the radio in the U.S. and Ireland. Thanks in particular to Brian O’Donovan for featuring the album on his show “A Celtic Sojourn” on WGBH in Boston, to Bill Margeson of WDCB, Chicago Public Radio, to Ellen Cranitch of RTÉ Lyric’s “Grace Notes” program in Ireland, and to Joan Hanrahan and Rónán Burke of “The West Wind” on Clare FM, in Clare, Ireland. Gráinne was also interviewed by Rónán on a recent program.
CD launch party for Short Stories album to be held at Arlene’s Grocery in the Lower East Side on Sunday, April 18th from 7:30-11:30 p.m. Gráinne will be performing with guests from the album, The Pride of the Subway Ceili band, and other special guests. Will be a blast — hope to see you there! Cost = FREE.
